MY MOBILE EC NO IS 9894434639……………… FOR DECEMBER MONTH I HAD ONE NEWS ABOUT BOOSTER PACK CLAIMS, FROM AIRTEL COMPANY……. THAT WE NEED TO SELL 251 VARIETY OF BOOSTERS IN A SINGLE MONTH FROM (1.12.2008 TO 31.12.2008)………. THE CLAIMS FOR THAT OFFER IS RS.900/- I SELL MORE THAN 300 BOOSTERS IN A SINGLE MONTH….. BUT STILL I DIDN'T GET THE MONEY, AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL…….. THEN WE COMPLAINT TO RURAL SALES OFFICERS (MR.SARABOJI) ALSO,BUT HE DIDN'T GAVE PROPER RESPONSE….. SO PLEASE CLEAR THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS YOU POSSIBLE…. IAM WAITING FOR UR REPLY………

yep. it’s true….I got a call and my 1mbps got activated for 1699…1800 inc taxes. I was paying 1600 for my 512kpbs unlimited earlier.

AIRTEL DTH

DON'T BE MISLED BY ANY OTHER REVIEWS. I HAD HIGH OPINION OF AIRTEL DTH UNTIL IT KONKED OFF 2 MONTHS AFTER INSTALL AND 5 DAYS NOW, I'M YET TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AT AIRTEL BCOS (believe me) I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXEC ON THE PUBLISHED NUMBERS.

Airtel Digital TV 1800 102 8080 is The Worst customer care service(121 never gave me issues). The number is busy through out the day and most part of the night. Even if you get through and are done entering your customer id and other info using their IVR, someone picks up and just hangs up on you. I lost ÿÿÿÿption about 5 days ago and I'm not kidding that I have tried both their toll free and tolled number a few hundred times from various phones and network. I got through the busy lines only 3 times and all 3 times they hung up on me after making me listen to the stupid Airtel music for 8 - 10 minutes.
There's just no way in hell now to get this thing started without being able to get through to their customer care executive. I wish somebody 'ex‚„‹–es' them all bastards!!!
They have one emaiIúÀ that just sends an automated acknowledgement email with no ticket/incident number to follow through on. 4 days now and there's been no one who got in touch.
But I should give credit to their sales team. I placed order at 8.45 pm on saturday in March and the installation guys were knocking my door at 11 a next day (sunday). But that's all there's to it.
DON'T EVEN TRY AIRTEL. THEY ARE AS BAD AS RELIANCE AND ONLY GETTING WORSE.

airtel 16 mbps sucks

Right now I have a 42 GB of data to download…with my current ISP plan i.e. 512kps night unlimited..it will take me atleast a month to download all that!
I am gonna buy this 5000 plan of airtel…download alll that I need within a day or two…and be done with it! instead of spending over a month worth of time just on downloading!!!
though airtel sucks…! damn loser company!
I will save enormous time, electricity, money and power. plus can use my computer for some real work! :-)
I love airtel…though it sucks with all that money involved in this SCAM…!
Lets pray bro…we soon see 16 mbps unlimted 24/7 for 1000 INR!!! :D

airtel iptv fail

The problem for iptv is the unreliable internet connections (read packet loss and disconnections ) we have in this country, Airtel now has 8mbps plans available, i hope they switch their iptv to these networks. It is impossible to stream a live television on a 256 kbps line.

AIRTEL, should pay the customers to watch IPTV

Dear Editor, At current level of service, AIRTEL, should pay the customers to watch IPTV not even charge Rs 200.
It is not worth destroying your viewing experience with AIRTEL at the current platform. If they improve the quality which is another year out, it may be worth the plan that you are talking.

Airtel IPTV experience in one word - HELL

I purchased IPTV when I was constantly bugged by AIRTEL sales people who said please buy, it is free in your current 999 plan (broadband and telephone). As I was having DISH TV which is another problem (unprofessional) I decided to take IPTV and paid AIRTEL rs 4000. The service people came very professionally dressed etc, tried couple of things and installed it. Installation was fine. However after that I am finding that my internet is not working as good as earlier. I realized they have downgraded my internet plan to accomodate IPTV. While the sales guy told IPTV to be free, but it came at a cost of internet bandwidth. On calling airtel they said that they had told me about the bandwidth in IPTV plan etc. Cutting short the story, if I now go to buy the same bandwidth with IPTV, it costs me Rs 400 extra. There is no free lunch and I am feeling very frustrated.
On top of that IPTV is smudgy, has high latency, colors are bad and has a very bad viewing experience. Now I am thinking that I should go to TATA sky which probably are the most professional. I purchased that in my other home at Jaipur and the experience of viewing was much better.
